Training in the Middle East
Winning a major assignment to undertake management training in Beirut in early January meant a sunny start to 2008 for Benson Payne.
The organisations seeking our support were major construction companies who wanted the experience and professionalism provided by a major UK management consultancy - with previous experience of working in the Middle East.
One of the workshops was residential; they were intensive and lasted for three days. They were designed to cover the wide range of subjects that underpin effective management and to deliver skills training to a range of newly promoted managers which will help their staff achieve superior performance.
The feedback was excellent, the Chief Executive from one company said "This training has been a watershed for us." As a result, they plan to change their approach to future training delivery and management development.
