Yet more success! We have recently won another major contract with The Insolvency Service, which will develop and support the delivery of a suite of management development activities for staff with management potential.
This project is delivering a more structured and flexible approach for identifying and nurturing the talent of The Insolvency Services' future managers using a variety of methods including classroom, e-learning, workbooks and staged assessments.
This assignment builds on our previous project that reviewed and further enhanced The Service's major training programme to equip staff with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to undertake their complex roles.
