Management and HR Consultancy in Yorkshire

In this challenging economic climate, it would be fair to think that a management and HR consultancy would be struggling, and with so many consultancies based around London, it might even be expected that those based in the North of England might be worst hit.  This, we are pleased to say, does not seem to be the case.

As a well established HR and management consultancy based between Leeds and Manchester in Yorkshire, our organisation will be celebrating 20 years of business in December this year.  Set up by two like minded business consultants with experience in a range of sectors including the public sector, retail and financial services to name a few, the business initially focussed on providing a range of business consultancy services from Human Resources to Organisational Development and business strategy to SMEs through to international blue chips.   With such a range of businesses based locally here in Leeds and Yorkshire, you wouldn’t expect a ‘northern’ HR and management consultancy to travel much further afield, however our experience has been very different.  With clients in the oil and energy sector, we’ve travelled internationally as far as Nigeria, Beirut and Dubai, and with our proven track record within the financial services sector and the public sector, we’ve worked across the UK, and as close to home as in our home town of Leeds and across the beautiful area of North Yorkshire. 

So – how do we do it?  Well, we believe that our combination of experienced business and HR consultants coupled with our vision of being the best and most people focussed consultancy providing business solutions which help our clients to achieve their goals has been our key to success.  In addition, our range of services in HR, OD and management are enviable.  This ranges from our customised and tailored online 360 degree feedback system, our excellent track record in delivering management development and training, to our expertise in National Occupational Standards (NOS) development with over 50% of the Standard Setting Bodies across the UK.  For a Yorkshire HR and management consultancy based only 2 hours from London near Leeds, we certainly have a lot to be proud of.
